MINUTES OF LANDOWNERS’ MEETING SEATON CREEK RESERVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Landowners’ meeting of the Seaton Creek Reserve Community Development District was held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Offices of Inframark, located at 12574 Flagler Center Boulevard, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida. Present were: Zenzi Rogers Chairperson Chris Mayo Vice Chairperson Michael Della Penta Assistant Secretary Ross Puzzitiello Assistant Secretary Bob Koncar District Manager Wes Haber, Esq. District Counsel FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order Mr. Koncar called the Landowners’ meeting to order. SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Determination of Number of Voting Units Represented The proxy from the landowner was brought to the meeting by Ms. Zenzi Rogers. A total of 152 votes were certified. THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Election of Chairperson for the purpose of Conducting the Landowners’ Meeting Ms. Rogers was appointed to serve as Chairperson for the purpose of conducting the Landowners’ Meeting. FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Nominations for the Position of Supervisor The following individuals were nominated for the position of Supervisor: • Michael Della Penta • Chris Mayo • Zenzi Rogers FIFTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Casting of Ballots The ballots were cast. SIXTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Ballot Tabulation Mr. Koncar noted the official results from the ballots were as follows: • Seat #3 – Michael Della Penta – 152 votes • Seat #5 – Zenzi Rogers – 152 votes • Seat #4 – Chris Mayo – 150 votes Mr. Koncar noted Mr. Mayo will serve for a two-year term while Mr. Della Penta and Ms. Rogers will serve on the Board for four-year terms. SEVENTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Landowners’ Questions or Comments None. EIGHTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
